Organic cocoa shortbread biscuits with cocoa beans Fairtrade Alce Nero are produced using extra virgin olive oil, without eggs, flavorings or fats of animal origin. The flour comes exclusively from organic wheat grown in Italy. The cocoa is Fairtrade certified, as is the sugar, and harvested by groups of smallholder farmers in Latin America. The original recipe and the careful selection of ingredients make them rich and greedy.
