Organic Peeled Tomatoes

Alce Nero organic peeled tomatoes are Italian and are grown in Puglia.

Their ripening takes place simultaneously on the plant, so as to be able to concentrate the harvest in July, August and September, guaranteeing uniform ripening. According to the organic regulation, no synthetic treatment is applied and only organic fertilizers are used that avoid soil impoverishment and water pollution.

The cultivation of peeled tomatoes takes place in open field and ground.
The tomatoes are processed in such a way as to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties.
