Organic whole durum wheat fusilli

Alce Nero organic whole wheat fusilli are obtained using only semolina organic whole wheat durum wheat, obtained by simply grinding the grain without refining or adding. The semolina dough is made with spring water from the Trentino Alps. Alce Nero organic whole wheat pasta is rich in fiber. Thanks to its excellent cooking resistance, it is perfect for making tasty and simple recipes, even vegetable-based.
