Half Sleeves Of Durum Wheat Cappelli Bio Parks of Tuscany

Pasta from the parks of Tuscany is a product born from the joint work of Alce Nero and Legambiente aimed at converting the lands of all the Parks of the Italian territory to organic, reducing the impact of conventional agriculture based on the use of chemical synthesis and pesticides. Cappelli Alce Nero durum wheat half sleeves are produced using the historic variety of durum wheat dating back to the early 1900s when Nazareno Strampelli started some experimental tests on the fields made available by the Marquis Cappelli, obtaining the so-called â € œelected seedsâ €, including Cappelli. The semolina dough is prepared with spring water from the Dolomites.

Alce Nero organic durum wheat half sleeves, thanks to their shape, are ideal for retaining the seasoning over the entire surface and they lend themselves well to any preparation.

The packaging of this paste is made of paper, without any use of plastic. Only water-based inks and glues, without chemical components, were used for printing and closing the package. It can be disposed of when collecting paper.
