Cappelli organic corn and durum wheat cakes
Cappelli Alce corn and durum wheat cakes Nero are made with Cappelli durum wheat grown in Italy. Cappelli corn and durum wheat cakes are prepared by adding Cappelli durum wheat to the corn. Cappelli wheat is the historic variety of durum wheat which owes its name to the homonymous Abruzzo senator, promoter, at the beginning of the 20th century, of the agrarian reform that led to the distinction between hard and soft wheat. Cultivated in Italy, it is characterized by an intense aroma and by the ears up to one meter and sixty high that end with unmistakable black mustaches.
