Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Alce Nero is made with organic grape must and wine vinegar. The musts are obtained from grapes from selected vines. In the classification defined by the AIB (Assaggiatori Italiani Balsamico) it obtained the category "Four Leaves" (the highest recognized) with gold label. Characterized by a high density and syrupiness. It is ideal for the preparation of fruit, cheese and marinades.
