Tarallini Pugliesi With Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Alce Nero organic oil tarallini are produced with organic soft wheat grown in Italy and extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, produced with olives from our Italian olive growers.
Our tarallino is made with the traditional recipe le is the result of a particular production process which involves two cooking processes: first boiling in water and subsequently cooking in the oven; this is why they are so crunchy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
Contains gluten and sulphites.
May contain sesame seeds, milk and soy. Without yeast.
