Alce Nero Fairtrade 100% organic cocoa tablet has an intense aroma and a strong taste, that of 100% cocoa, enhanced from vanilla pods.
Our farmers are part of Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, an organization that has promoted the principles of quality since its establishment; and healthiness; of raw materials, but above all of sustainability; social and environmental.
After roasting, the beans are skilfully processed by the ancient Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Stella, a partner of Alce Nero.
Alce Nero 100% organic cocoa bar does not contain soy lecithin. The cocoa used for this Alce Nero bar is; Fairtrade certified and grown in Latin America.
