Mode; of use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (3 g) diluted in water, one to three times a day at any time (3 to 9 g per day); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can; be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Measuring cup included in the package.
