Ingredients
Zinc; magnesium; vitamin B6.

Mode; of use
Take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Dissolve the contents of an envelope in about 100 ml of water or other beverage, mix well until the product is completely dissolved and drink immediately. For optimal use it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
