Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 cup of herbal tea a day, preferably in the morning. A filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 200 ml). Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and keep infusing for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more substances; volatile.
