Ingredients
Live lactic ferments (Lactobacillus acidophilus LA5, Bifidobacterium BB12), FOS (Fructooligosaccharides).
Gluten free. It may contain milk derivatives. No GMOs.

Mode; of use
1 scoop (200 mg) 3 times a day to be dissolved in any liquid.
