Maltodextrin from corn; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; thickener: sodium alginate; Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sucrose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; acidity corrector: sodium L-ascorbate.
Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

How to use
Swallow 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules a day, with water, preferably between meals.
