Apply pure one or two drops on the temples, behind the ears, on the wrists or on the chest. For relaxing massages, dilute one part (up to ten drops in adults and five in children) in nine parts of emollient oil (almond oil, EVO oil, butters, etc.) massaging until absorbed.
