- Fennel is one of the major plant sources of micronutrients such as potassium , sodium, phosphorus and calcium; as well as being rich in fiber and vitamins.
The properties recognized are: hepatoprotective, galactogenic, anti-colitic, diuretic, antispasmodic and antioxidant. Especially at a gastrointestinal level, the essential oil contained in the seeds regulates the motility of smooth muscles and also reduces intestinal gas.

-The fruits of Caraway, also called cumin, have long been used as a remedy for indigestion, as a carminative, antispasmodic and galactagogue. Its strong digestive action occurs through direct action
on the secretion of gastric juice, which increases, also favoring the discharge of bile, thus stimulating the digestive process in general.

-Gentian has effects eupeptic, that is, it promotes the secretion of gastric/salivary juices. This is attributable to the bitter active ingredients, amarogentin gentiopicroside; these stimulate the taste buds by increasing salivary flow and gastric secretions, also attracting more digestive
enzymes.

-Turmeric is a perennial herb native to southern Asia of the turmeric family. ginger.
Its most important active ingredient is curcumin, which helps gastrointestinal problems such as indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea and even some ulcers.

-Ginger is a perennial herb. of the Zingiberaceae family, native to the Pacific Islands.
It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, micronutrients such as magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, fibers and polyphenols.
