OAT+ provides at least 65% carbohydrates, but naturally contains only 1% sugars.

How to use
It is recommended to mix a 50 g portion (one full measuring spoon) in 200 ml of water or other drink of your choice. OAT+ can be consumed at any time of the day; for athletes even immediately before or after training.
OAT+ can also be used for the preparation of desserts. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
