ZMA+ is a food supplement in capsules based on zinc, Cordyceps extract, magnesium and vitamin B6, developed to support the body on an immune and energy level, a particularly useful activity for those who frequently practice sports. How to use
1 capsule once a day with a sip of water, preferably in the evening 30 -60 minutes before bedtime.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, gelatin (capsule), magnesium oxide, cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc.) fungal fruiting body e.g. 7% cordiceptic acid, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; mono zinc L-methionine sulphate, zinc citrate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
