Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a lipid, constituent of cell membranes.
One of its roles is to optimize the transport and receptor functions of the cell walls themselves.
Its supplementation seems to give greater effectiveness to the functions of the membrane, especially the neuronal one, and that it has an inhibitory role in the secretion of cortisol.
The pituitary it also secretes the Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) which, in turn, causes the synthesis of cortisol.
This hormone causes a reduction in the transport of amino acids into the cell, leading to a reduction in the anabolic process and a stimulation of the catabolic one.< br /> Cortisol has the function of releasing amino acids for energy purposes in conditions of particular stress.
For these reasons it has been considered useful to try to inhibit the production of cortisol.

Ingredients
L-Phosphatidylserine (soy lecithin), capsule: edible gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 capsule with water or other drink once a day, preferably between meals.
