Description
OAT+ is a product based on oat flour, rich in fiber which allows a constant and long-term supply of energy, without causing insulin spikes.
Oat flour mainly contains starch (70%), proteins (17%), fats (7%) and fiber as well as vitamins and mineral salts. The percentage of proteins is high if you consider that they are 50% more compared to wheat flour proteins and contain a good amino acid framework.
In the context of vegetarian or vegan diets they are an excellent alternative especially due to their high content of the amino acid Lysine, which cereals are often lacking.
Oatmeal is a natural source of proteins (minimum 13%) which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and is also rich in fiber which helps the correct functioning of the intestine and digestion.
OAT+ provides at least 63% carbohydrates, but naturally contains only 1% sugars.
Given its nutritional composition, it is particularly suitable for athletes who practice intense activity physical, even prolonged over time (endurance sports).
Vegan OK.

It is recommended to mix a 50 g portion (one full measuring spoon) in 200 ml of water or other drink of your choice.
