Description
It is a product based on Oat Flour, without added sugars. Given its nutritional composition, it is particularly suitable for athletes who practice intense activity. physical, even prolonged over time (endurance sports). OAT+ provides at least 63% carbohydrates, but naturally contains only 1% sugars. Furthermore, oat flour is a natural source of proteins (minimum 13%) which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Properties
The percentage of proteins is high if you consider that they are 50% more compared to wheat flour proteins and contain a good amino acid framework. In the context of vegetarian or vegan diets they are an excellent alternative especially due to their high content of the amino acid Lysine, which cereals are often lacking. Furthermore, oatmeal is rich in fiber which helps the correct functioning of the intestine and digestion.
