Food supplement based on soluble branched-chain amino acids, particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes who undergo intense and prolonged performance.
The product provides 5 g of BCAAs per daily dose in a ratio of 8:1 :1 (leucine: isoleucine: valine).
B group vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism (thiamine, vitamin B12) and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (riboflavin); furthermore, folic acid and vitamin B6 contribute respectively to the normal synthesis of amino acids and the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.

Mode for use
1 scoop (6 g) once a day in 200 ml of water, fruit juice or other liquid, to be taken preferably before or after training.
