| Carbohydrate food supplement indicated for adult athletes who have carried out intense and prolonged physical exercise, based on highly branched cyclodextrins. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen reserves in skeletal muscles*. *The beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates from all sources equal to a total of 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses to be started within the first 4 hours following intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen reserves in the skeletal muscles and to be completed within 6 hours following these exercises. Instructions for use 3 measuring spoons (tot. 30 g) in 300 ml of water or other drink. To recover normal muscle function, take after intense and prolonged training within the first 4 hours, no later than 6 hours. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased as desired in order to obtain the desired density and intensity of flavour. Increasing the volume of water added decreases the intensity of the flavor and makes the preparation less dense. Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
