The Arabic literature tells that the Vikings, in navigation in the Mediterranean, always led to edge barrels of Rubus   chamaemorus berries rich in polyphenolic substances, to combat scurvy.
Rubus   chamaemorus berries, rich in Vitamin C, are harvested at the and summer in the woods of Northern Finland.
Birch sap is obtained every spring by carving Betula pendula and Betula verrucosa trees in millenary forests.

This drink is made in Northern Finland. Finland according to the rules of an ancient tradition, combining two vegetables: Rubus berry   chamaemorus and Birch sap.

95% Birch Sap (origin   Finland) from agriculture organic, 5% Arctic Raspberry Juice (Rubus   chamaemorus) (Finland origin) from organic farming.
