Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers eg tit. 0.3% in apigenin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves eg tit. 4% in rosmarinic acid, steviol glycosides (sweetener), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Mode; of use
Take a teaspoon a day in a cup of warm or hot water (200 ml) as a classic herbal tea. If possible, take one hour before going to bed.
