How to use
Dissolve 1 tablet in approximately 500 ml of water.
Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. It is preferable not to exceed the maximum dose of 3 tablets, equal to approximately 3 bottles of solution, except in exceptional cases, such as races or very long occasional training sessions.
