The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in the product is useful for:

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., Tegumentum seminis); maltodextrin; flavorings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Modality à of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day according to your needs, away from meals.
Psyllogel Fibra must be taken with adequate quantities; of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
