	for 1 sachet
Plantago ovata cuticle	4 g
& beta; -galatosidase (lactase)	45 mg (equal to 4500 ALU)
& alpha; -galactosidase	10 mg (equal to 300 GaLU)

Mode à for use
Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet two to three times a day, immediately before meals.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add non-carbonated water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) è a characteristic of Plantalax 3.
Since the psyllium fiber could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, interpose a period of at least 2 hours between the intake of Plantalax 3 and that of the medicines.
