How to use We recommend taking 2 sachets a day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (at least 150 ml) and consume immediately after preparation. Once dissolved in water, the reconstituted product takes on the characteristics of a pleasant drink with a pink color with white micro corpuscles due to some of its natural components such as beetroot, blueberry, berries and palmitoylethanolamide (PEA).
