How to use
It is advisable to take one vial of product a day, preferably in the morning.
Unscrew the cap in the direction counterclockwise, drink the liquid contained in the vial as it is or dilute it in fruit juice, milk, tea or add it to yogurt according to your preferences.
Shake the vial well before use.
