Indications
In alterations of the alvo, syndrome of the irritable colon, diverticulosis, proctitis, hemorrhoids, intestinal dysmicrobism, disorders of glycolipid metabolism.
To maintain a correct intestinal function.
It does not contain aspartame and being gluten-free it is ideal for celiacs.

Dosage and Method; of use
Dissolve in hot or cold drinks.
It tolerates cooking perfectly.
At the recommended doses, it can; also be taken by children, pregnant women and people with common intestinal disorders (diverticulosis, inflammatory bowel diseases, intestinal dysmicrobisms, etc.).
5 grams per day of about 2IN ® Fiber + Sweetener, 4 single sachets of 1.25 grams.

Features
Prebiotic supplement based on soluble fiber extracted from fruit and vegetables (inulin and FOS).
- Osmotic function: checks that the right amount is present in the intestine; of water necessary to guarantee a natural transit: it recalls it when needed, fighting constipation, or favors its reabsorption, when the transit is; too fast.
- It is not assimilated: digestive enzymes do not attack it. Therefore; it is not digested and the intestinal bacterial flora makes the best use of it.
- It has a prebiotic effect: it guarantees the development and growth of the lactic acid bacterial flora, consisting mainly of Bifidobacteria, with all the advantages relating to the well-being of the intestine and organism.
- Regulates the activity; intestine: acts exclusively at the biochemical level (for example by varying the pH or by controlling the osmotic balance), without irritating the intestine.
- Modulates the absorption of sugars introduced with food.
- Reduces the concentration of fat in the blood, promoting activity; of Bifidobacteria, capable of counteracting the enzymes that control the synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.
- Does not interact with the absorption of nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron and manganese and has no effect on the absorption of drugs, because; does not accelerate intestinal transit.
- Does not cause swelling by counteracting the growth of the 'dangerous' intestinal flora.
